ABUNDANT, LOW-COST POWER

The campus is strategically positioned to leverage both an onsite combined cycle power plant (currently under development) that will supply up to 485MW of clean power at below-market rates, and up to 500MW public utility power via existing 138kV transmission lines.

A 40-acre parcel on the data center campus is slated for renewable energy, with an 8-10 MW solar farm currently under development.

The facility will be designed and constructed to meet SECURITY-FIRST, FITARA and DCOI requirements, and be FedRAMP-enabled, cloud-enabled and highly compliant with NIST, SSAE 16 SOC 1 & SOC 2, FISMA and PCI DSS. The Tier III facility will be designed and constructed to meet DP Facilities’ high security standards while providing uptime dependability and maximum resiliency.
